How to make biodiesel:
http://journeytoforever.org/biodiesel_make.html
Forget about a question, that’s not even a complete sentence! What on earth are you talking about?
Anybody can make biodiesel. It’s easy, you can make it in your kitchen — and it’s BETTER than the petro-diesel fuel the big oil companies sell you. Your diesel motor will run better and last longer on your home-made fuel, and it’s much cleaner — better for the environment and better for health. If you make it from used cooking oil it’s not only cheap but you’ll be recycling a troublesome waste product. Best of all is the GREAT feeling of freedom, independence and empowerment it will give you.
I heard cooking oil is sometimes an alternative.
No, I’m not. Thanks for asking.
Any sort of oil can be used for biodiesel. I think originally diesel was made from peanut oil. The great thing about used cooking oil being used for biodiesel is, it is a higher grade of oil. So for a base, it is superior. Food oil has a much higher level of refinement.
