As long as you have a diesel engine in your automobileeee, you don’t have to do any thing.
however if you don’t have a diesel engine in them, you will have to have one installed.

If your engine is newer then say 1992 then you have to do nothing in most cases. If its older then 1992 you may have to replace hoses, seals, and maybe the pump. But most of those parts do wear out and may have been replaced already.
I’d carry a few fuel filters because the biodiesel will clean out all the gunk in your fuel system.
Also if your engine is older then 1992 you may have to replace the fuel pump, notice I say may, not because of the biodiesel, but because of the lack of sulfur in diesel. All diesel sold in the US in now ultra low sulfur diesel and some older pumps need sulfur.
