What effects would raw, used vegetable oil have on a diesel motor? (99 F-250)?
I plan to filter out any solids, don’t want to spend alot of time and money on a biodiesel kit.

I think you’ll have problems, because the raw veg oil is likely to be too thick. Most people mix it with fuel. You may get blocked filters or burnt glowplugs (if your car has them). The link below gives useful advice.
