where can i buy methanol and sodium hydroxide…I’m trying to make biodiesel?

   Methanol can be acquired from simple wiper fluid, although you’ll want to make sure its completely 100% pure. VP Fuels will also sell you a 55 gallon drum of the stuff.. its used in race cars.

   As for sodium hydroxide….pfff that stuff is for noobs — you need some potassium hydroxide - much faster acting and you need less of it to make methoxide.
